The camp is striving to provide a comfortable Christian facility for both our children and adults.  Your contribution will help to make that goal a reality.

This is a fundraising campaign to build new accomodations for 300 students.  1 bed for 1 soul by 1 giver * is how  we begin.  Here's how  it works...an individual, church, sunday school class, family, business, or etc. gives $3500.  Thirty-five hundred dollars will build a new dorm one bed at a time.
It is pretty exciting to think that a team of  givers at $3500 each would provide the opportunity, in just one summer, for thousands of children, youth, and counselors to experience Christ in a way that will change their lives, their communities, and ultimately our world!
A congregation, church group, or individual family can simply give a one time gift for $3500 or choose the number of accomodations that you would like to provide for.  The givers that choose this option will help lay the ground work and build momentum for the long term campaign.
Perhaps the easiest way to raise $3500 is to join with a group of your church members.  It may be your sunday school class, choir, youth group, deacon board, or WMU.  Take up a special offering among your group and you just may be amazed at what God can do through you.  To add a fun twist, how about having a friendly competition among the various groups of your church to see who can raise the most the fastest!
For those congregations or groups desiring to raise money to build accomodations for one or more, a great suggestion is to hold a fundraiser.  There are many fundraisers such as community wide BBQs , gumbo suppers, crawfish boils, and etc. that would not only help raise the larger amounts of money but would be a great community outreach for your church as well.
Consider the possibility that your church or your family could give $3500 by pledging to give monthly gifts over a period of 1, 2, or 3 years.

A New Look
A New Future
It's not all about money. Baptist Camps across the state of Texas would not be where they are today without volunteers. From groups of retired individuals working together while living in RV's full time to one day youth group volunteers and many in between provide labor and materials which enable our camps to continue to move forward.
Consider working as part of the dining hall clean up crew
during a week of summer camp!
