  • LOST & FOUND
  1. There always seems to be many items at the end of camp that no one claims.  Please check in the back of the Tabernacle each day to see if anything there belongs to someone in your group.
  2. If you find something, please place it on the table that will be located in the back of the tabernacle.
  3. Anything of value that is still in Lost and Found at camp's end will go the ETBE office and can be claimed there.  (409-379-2737)
  • MAIL PROCEDURE
  1. Be sure that family members know to put the Church, camper's name and Camp Creation
  2. We will bundle mail by church and place in a box in the Tabernacle.  One person from each church should take their bundle and distribute the mail.
  3. If mail is received without a church name on it, we will display the camper's name on the screen.  
  4. Any mail not received while at camp will be returned to sender.  Realize that mail needs to be mailed a day or two before camp to ensure that it arrives while the camper is at camp.

        Child Protection Training Class for Camps

If you have taken the class at your own church bring a copy of the test, and a copy of the certificate.

 In accordance to the state, everyone coming to camp
 18 yrs of age or older must have a certificate of
 completion for the Child Protection Training Class
 
Certificates are good for 2yrs.
ETBE Counselor and Student Registration Form Requirements for Camp

Counselor Requirements
1.        2 copies of completed Forms 101 & 102
2.        Complete Forms 103 & 104
3.        Copy  of current Background & Sex Offender Check( i.e. no match found)
4.        Copy of Child Protection Certificate or register for Child Protection Class
5.    Medications in Ziploc bag with Medication form if applicable


Student Requirement
1.        2 copies of completed Forms 101 & 102
2.        Medications in Ziploc bag with Medication form if applicable



Please separate copies into 2 stacks (They can be an original and a copy.)

Stack # 1 for office         Form 101 & 102- can be front and back or stapled together
                                        Form 103 & 104 -can be front and back or stapled together

Stack # 2 for nurse         Form 101 & 102 -can be front and back or stapled together

If a copy of the background and sex offender check for each counselor is not present by time of registration your church will not be allowed to check in until the back ground and sex offender check can be made and a copy of the results presented to the ETBE office. A $10.00 charge will be applied to each check the ETBE office processes


Copies of Forms 101 & 102 made by the ETBE office will be charged $0.25 each.

Bring Check for balance due.

                       For Express Check in -move to the front of the line if:
 
  1. 10 days prior to camp- send Counselor Requirements # 1-4 as listed above.
          

  2. Upon Arrival have 101& 102 forms completed for all students for office
                                &   101& 102 forms completed for all students for nurse
 

  3. All Medications & medication form sealed in ziploc bag ready to turn over to nurse.
 
  4. Check and Invoice



*Changes are allowed with express check in only if prior to arrival changes to the number                                                                                            attending would have been called in, forms pulled or added with copies, medications ready in ziploc, and t-shirt sizes for those dropped or added listed with the church name.
