  • Please call this number if there is an emergency.
  • Emergency messages will be delivered as quickly as humanly possible.
  • LOST & FOUND
  1. There always seems to be many items at the end of camp that no one claims.  Please check in the back of the Tabernacle each day to see if anything there belongs to someone in your group.
  2. If you find something, please place it on the table that will be located in the back of the tabernacle.
  3. Anything of value that is still in Lost and Found at camp's end will go the ETBE office and can be claimed there.  (409-379-2737)
  • MAIL PROCEDURE
  1. Be sure that family members know to put the Church, camper's name and Camp Creation
  2. We will bundle mail by church and place in a box in the Tabernacle.  One person from each church should take their bundle and distribute the mail.
  3. If mail is received without a church name on it, we will display the camper's name on the screen.
  4. Any mail not received while at camp will be returned to sender.  Realize that mail needs to be mailed a day or two before camp to ensure that it arrives while the camper is at camp.

Notes:

We would like to offer two times for the child protection class. By doing this, churches won't have to leave their kids unattended. We will let those who are attending the second class go through the dinner line first so they can do that while the kids are eating.
The church group activity time each night will be a guided activity and discussion for each church group to do together after the worship services.
The special event will be different each night. We are currently working on a "Game Show" night, a "Starlight Service" and a "World Record Night."
Micah Begnaud and students from his youth group will lead the rec times, and provide all needed materials for the games.
