ORGANIZATION PROFILE
CREATE ONLY ONE PROFILE PER CHURCH, EVEN IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR MULTIPLE CAMPS. Please, check with church leadership before creating a new profile. Your organization (church) can add multiple contacts for the leaders registering your groups.

Once you create one profile for your organization, you can then add additional leaders and pick your camp session. You will need to make TWO registration requests, one for campers and one for sponsors. Once you pay your deposit, your requests will be approved and you will use the camper/sponsor registration links below and your personalized code (Private Group Hold) to fill out all forms.

CAMPER (student) REGISTRATION
ONLY PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS CAN REGISTER ANYONE UNDER 18. If you are a CAMPER, you cannot register yourself. Please, have your parent/legal guardian speak to your church leader to receive your code for registration.

When your church provides a code for your camp you can register on Campwise. Once you receive your code, please follow the camper registration link below to fill out your camper forms. If you have multiple children attending different camps, you can use the same user login, but your CODE WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT CAMPS.
ETBE only provides Campwise codes to churches who have signed students up and deposits are paid for summer camp. Contact your church in order to be provided this information.​

SPONSOR (chaperone) REGISTRATION
If you are attending a camp this summer as an adult (18+) sponsor, your church will provide you with a code for your camp. Do not register on Campwise until you have been provided this code.

Additionally, all 18+ sponsors are required to have a background check (within past 12 months) and complete Child Protection Training CPT (within past 24 months). ETBE staff will contact your church leader with instructions on fulfilling this requirement.

If you are attending camp as a JUNIOR SPONSOR (under 18), your church must contact ETBE before completing your registration.
