Wes has been the ETBE Executive Director since 2022. After spending a summer in college as a summer missionary, he was called to serve the Lord in ministry. He has served churches in Mississippi, Kentucky, and Texas alongside his wife, Amanda, and five children. They all love working and helping ETBE be a blessing to the Lord and churches throughout Southeast Texas.

Airik began serving at camp as summer staff in 2022 and stepped into a full-time role in the fall of 2024. His heart is to serve Christ wherever He leads, and counts it a joy to be part of the ministry through camp. He feels the Lord calling him to student ministry and is eager to follow his direction that way. Airik's mission is to make Christ known through his words and actions, whether he's on the ropes course or working alongside staff. He wants others to know Christ, not Airik.
